She grabs her phone, cancels the call and switches the phone off

Lily smiles uncomfortably, Layla wipes her tears with her hands

Layla nods after a moment, Lily gets off the bed and switches the CD player on and immediately Rest in Pieces, by Saliva plays, Lily listens and realizes that the song is playing at the wrong time, she immediately switches the player off

EXT. FREVOR - NIGHT
The scene opens outside Frevor, the familiar faces of Lily, Jill and Anabel all in clubbing wear and make up are looking stress out

A funny sound plays, and Lily takes a pink Motorola V3 out, she reads the text message from Ethan ‘Hey..if you are with Layla, please ask her to call or reply me..PLEASE’
She ignores the text message and keeps the phone

restaurants around okay??

INT. LAYLA’S ROOM - MORNING
The SCENE opens in Layla’s room, soundly sleeping with the outfit she was wearing the night before, Layla wakes up disorientated, and slightly hung over
She turns over just to see a guy on her bed, she gets a shock and immediately jumps off her bed, breathing heavily, she takes her alarm clock and throws it to the direction of the guy on her bed
The guy wakes up after getting hit by the alarm clock
(rubbing the pain)
Must you toss that fucking thing on

(still disorientated)
I don’t know why are you on my bed......

NO! Definitely not..
Layla takes a moment to digest how her morning is falling into apart

Okay..I am going to the bathroom now..
and when I come out..I want you to

Layla exits her room with her phone on her hand and straight to the bathroom

INT. BATHROOM - CONTINUOUS
Layla reads a text message from Ethan ‘Layla..if you are willing to just listen to what I have to say..please meet me at The Sphinx Coffee Bean at 1 tomorrow...please..’

She deletes the text message and checks the time, it is 12:36 now

I/E. LAYLA’S CAR - LATER
The time on the dashboard of the car in 1:20 PM, and Layla in black baby T and Khakis is behind the wheels of the red sedan on a hands free set
Lily!! I woke up with Adrian on my
fucking bed!!! (long pause) no..but
that's according to him and both of
our cloths were on so..never mind

She turns the radio on and Layla, by Eric Clapton starts playing, Layla sings along

Layla’s phone starts ringing by playing The Scientist, by Coldplay, bearing the name ‘Ethan’ she looks at the display screen just to see a picture of Ethan and her as the phone continues ringing, she cancels the call
The moment she has her eyes back on the road, she realizes that she is too close to the car in front of her, she swerve her car to the left, the car skids and smash a wall head on
FADE TO BLACK.

great story. one tip though, character exposition for chloe seems a bit lacking - and her appearance is too late into the story, and too sudden - doesn't provide a basis for ethan's sudden declaration of love for her (although some sense of shared past in Dubai has been hinted at).
